I missed my period by one day. Last date was 11 nov'15. I am not feeling the pain and symptoms which I normally feel these days. I have unsafe relation with my BF around 7 days before. My schedule is very hectic normally and I travel after that so I have outside food. What should I do now and what kind of food can help
