Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am an patient of pcod. I had a problem with missed period for which I took Dronis 30 medicine till dec 2020.There after I stopped it and period was going at regular intervals.last month on 22nd feb I met with my friend and had a close intimation but had no sex. This month my date of period was on 16th march but till now happened.I am tensed and did prema news test today morning.In the kit i found the second red line very lightly for 1min then it disappeared. So I am very much afraid.Am I pregnant??
