Missed period, cramps but UPT negative
I had sex with my partner on 15th june with condom. My last period date was on 31st May. I have missed my peruod. But I have been having menstrual cramps and lower back pain. In last one week, I have had spotting twice. I did my UPT on 3rd July, anx it came negative. What could be the reason behind the missed period and the symptoms that I am experiencing?

Your period may happen any day .wait for couple of days.
Repeat pregnancy test if you don't get period in few days.
