Missed period & negative pregnancy test
My wife periods are regular which is 31 days and this month she missed her period by 8 days and after 8 days she found lite spotting in brown color.. and now next day there is no spotting.. it is really confusing for us.. could you please tell us what might be the issue or symptoms for this..

HELLO, AS SUCH SEEMS DELAYED MC. BUT FIRST RULL OUT PREGNANCY BY HOME KIT TEST. TILL THAN IF PERIOD COME SO PROBLEM IS SHORTED OUT.BUT IF NOT YET WAIT N GO FOR. BLOOD FOR HCG LEVELS N CONSULT A GYNACOLOGIST. OK.

Rule out pregnancy. There are many physiological causes of missing a period, but firstly rule out pregnancy. A negative Urine Pregnancy Test in early pregnancy does not rules out the same. You may get a serum Beta HCG levels (blood test) to confirm pregnancy. Collect the reports and review with a Gynaecologist for opinion
