Missed period. Am i Pregnant or not?
Hello Doctor, Today is my third day of missed period. I'm a trying to conceive person. I'm feeling like mild cramps at my lower hip sometimes. Feeling like period may comeout anytime. So I'm using toilet a lot of times. Only after having food I'm getting nausea. Kindly please let me know whether I'm Conceived ?

You need to do a urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy , though the symptoms you are having are suggestive of either an early pregnancy or premenstrual symptoms.
