Missed period
After i did Histrolaproscopy 2 months back & I got first month period and this is the month I didn't get period.its more than 14 the day of my general cycle. today I have tested with Kit result came as negative.whis is this cause?

We need to see Ur Ultrasound report for possible PCOs or any other pathology resulting in harmonal imbalance,also your TSH levels , prolactin and testesterone harmones needs to be monitored.
