Missed dose of progesterone
My last lmp was 10th Dec, was on letroz cycle from 3rd to 5th day, and then on progesterone for 14 days after ovulation.
Last dose of progesterone was on 4th Jan.
I took Upt today (6th Jan) and it was positive, my doctor advised to continue progesterone.
My concern is i missed an entire day dose of progesterone, will it affect the pregnancy?

No it won't be able to affect as body naturally produce progesterone. Its extra for support if body won't produce enough amount . Continue rest
