Missed abortion
According to report i should be7 week pregnant but my doctor said there is no pregnancy
i dint get period due to harmonal issues.
pls suggest what cause harmonal issues?

There is pregnancy but it's not well formed yet or there may be chances of missed abortion. Repeat the scan after 2-3 days and also get serum beta hcg checked.
