My daughter is 4 month old now but my doctor didnt give dose of PCV and Rotavirus as of now. He used pentavac SD and polio in every visit.. So i want to know can we start series of both PCV and rotavirus now and is it mandatory vaccine and what will we the time gap between doses.

As your daughter is already more than 16 weeks old, giving Rotavirus now would predispose her to its complications. Refer guidelines given by Indian Academy of Paediatrics, first dose of Rota should never be given later than 16 weeks of life, hence please omit the vaccine.
PCV is a conjugate vaccine, good efficacy of more than 95 percent, please go ahead to get her vaccinated.

Rotavirus, 3 doses, each dose at gap of 1 month.
Pcv, 4 doses, first 3 doses at a gap of 1 month (ie 4th, 5th and 6th month) and fourth dose at 15 or 18 months.
