My doctor prescribed me mtp kit for medical abortion but didn't told any pain killer.. I learned that there will be a lot of pain.. Please suggest any pain killer and antibiotics also if needed and how to take these tablets..

Antibiotics are not routinely given. Avoid antispasmodic tablets. You can take plain combiflam for the pain
