My wife pregnecy test is negative almost all the time that when we have cheked but anyway she have taken Misoprostol and started bleeding after four hour....does there is anychance that she have ectopic pregnency...

Urine pregnancy test is 97% accurate..rare i.e 3% chances of falsely positive. But hopefully she has taken misoprostol following UPT negative..
