D and C after next pregnancy time
My wife was pregnancy before five month. After completion 3 month baby she feel some bleed from virginal and I told dr she is check and told cardiac activity not seen so dr told missing abortion. Done D&C why blood bleed what's a problem of my wife

Hi, bleeding starts naturally to remove the dead foetus from uterus and some times if left alone may bleed to death of mother, so actions required in form of DNC or medical termination. To know the reason of absent cardiac activity, need to investigate patient in depth.
