Misaligned eyes
Lately, I have started noticing a bit of a misalignment in my eyes. I can see properly but the pupil of my left eye has moved a bit inward. Could this Squint? How can I treat this? I have a desk job and have to work on computer all day. Currently I am using blue light block, numbered glasses. Also my number is cylindrical.

Hello mam Yes your eye looks a bit inwards however to confirm squint and to treat it accordingly you need to undergo detailed evaluation. This could be intermittent and could be related to your continuous near work. As constant near work can cause eye muscle imbalance leading to such deviation.
Next Steps
To see paediatric ophthalmologist and strabismus surgeon and undergo detailed orthoptic evaluation.
Health Tips
You can maintain visual hygiene till then 1. Room illumination should be proper where you work 2. Screen should be at one forearm distance. 3. 20-20-20 rule that is look at 20 feet for 20 seconds after 20 minutes of near work. 4. Make sure u wear your glasses always.
