Minute pimple like rash appeared over my chest sides and back about a week ago. Very randomly spread. Doesn't itch all that much.

Greetings. It may be tough to comment without seeing the lesions. You may be having trunkal acne or pityrosporum folliculitis - if so You'll need to use a bpo based body wash while having bath. Maintain good personal/interpersonal hygiene. Wash clothes regularly. See a qualified dermatologist near you so that adequate diagnosis and treatment can be made. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
