Your doctor must have already instructed you how to use it
Minoxidil alone doesn't work in every case of alopecia
It is advisable to use minoxidil once a day on clean scalp
Minoxidil can lead to initial hairfall which is common because of hastening of shedding of existing hair already in telogen stage
Again duration depends on type and response of treatment
