Minor skin redness

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I was using a cream on trial basis. I put it on for more time . Last night i felt ny cheek area getting hotter and red. In the morning i can see my cheeks red. It is due to some chemical reaction may be. Any home remedies or medicine to cure this? I hope it wont get burned :(
