You should consult a neurosurgeon. Even if there is no bleeding from head there can be bleeding inside the brain. And you r having headache as per my opinion you should consult a neurosurgeon.

Headache and giddiness are signs of mild concussion injury to the brain. You have to visit a Neurosurgeon and get your NCCT Head done to rule out an underlying or progressing hematoma. Why u are having neck pain will be confirmed on clinical examination and tests will be ordered accordingly.
Next Steps
Plz visit a Neurosurgeon immediately

If you didnt have any loss of consciousness, fits or vomiting at that time, and not developing any new symptoms since then, with only pain remaining the mainproblem, you are unlikely to have suffered any major brain damage. However kindly visit your nearest neurologist for complete assesment and medications.
