Chest pain can be exertional non-exertional, if the symptoms are during your workout or during physical exertion they could be cardiac related kindly explain in detail whether the pain is associated with any breathlessness sweating or fatigue. If it is coming on and off localised and sparking type of pain it is most likely musculoskeletal pain you need an evaluation by doing an ECG and if required and echocardiography to rule out any structural abnormalities but kindly explain your pain in detail.
