Went for a 5 mile mountain bike ride, up and down rolling hills - a couple with small technical features - off and on minor aches on the ankle. I did my achilles and ankle stretches before the ride, and walked a lap and rode a lap before I started on the dirt trail. Not sure if that would cause Achilles tendonitis or if it was just post ride temporary sore?
