Mind diversions
I have 7 years of relationship with my boyfriend, everthing is fine between us. 4 days ago he went on a 10 days vacation. And due to network prbm his phone is off or there is no way of contact with him, we used to talk almost 2-3 hrs everyday..we are working studying mature persons. But i don't know why i am feeling lost in every mintue remembering him or waiting for his call. I really can't help me but uncontrolled emotions are hurting my brain..my studies are almost zero in last 4 days...when he was around i wasn't required any friend circle, all i had my family and him. But now, i am feeling devastated...it should be normal...even spouse go sometimes for somedays but i have no idea how to deal with this,i just feeling lost for his call or even a text..how to detach with someone so nearly you live with. Please help me

Greetings! I would like to start with saying that wat u have told in your above message, it's absolutely normal for any human being to feel so against someone they love. What u are going through is a gesture of love u have over the one u love. There is no need to detach yourself from someone close to u. This s a weird feeling of insecurity, expectation and anxiety caused by a small drift in the physical (presence) constancy of someone who had been with u all along.... this  feeling  shall be taken as a sweet gesture or a self evaluatory technique to assess how much the person mean to u. U could try n make a contact to the person whom u miss.. and rather feel happy about yourself for being genuinely caring and continue your work peacefully. Happiness s a choice. Ve a great day
