It's urinary tract infection.
Send the ultrasound report....it looks like cystitis but please send the report.
She needs Antibiotics and other supportive treatment.
The best will be get her admitted in a hospital for IV antibiotics.
It will be good for your aunt.
She needs more tests also like urine culture and sensitivity .
