Milk and autoimmune diaorder
I hv been advised to reduce milk and gluten consumption because of autoimmune condition. But we hv our own buffalo which is grass fed ( no injections to increase milk production). Will this type of extremely pure milk also aggravate my problem?

Yes... If you have gluten  allergy then not to take any milk

Mam see milk has lactose  n some people are intolerant to lactose that's why.
