  4. Milk allergy. Please help what to do?

Milk allergy
My child is 10 month, i feed him 1 iter cow milk a day. His potty become tight and has constipation problem. What should i do...should i remove cow milk. Or can i introduce buffolow milk ?? But i saw on net bufflow milk should be given after 1 year. Please help what to do???

You should reduce milk intake to 250ml per day...... Give high fiber diet and plenty of fluid orally... Give stool softener....

All animal milk have to be give after 1 year only
Next Steps
Reduce milk to 200- 250 ml/ day. Give more vegetables and fruits. Give green leafy vegetables., plenty of liquids/ water.
