My 8 month baby having milk allergy Last night she take a milk and swelling her ear I dont know this is milk allergy or lactose intolerance

Hi Mam. What milk you gave your baby? ( cow's milk or packet milk or powder milk). What is the time between giving milk and the symptoms? Is it the first time you gave that milk? What else new you gave her that day? Was there any rash or itching? Ear swelling can be due to other cause like insect bite or ear infection. So I must know answer to the questions before I can say if it is milk allergy or not . It is unlikely to be lactose intolerancek(This presents as loose motions or excessive gas usually )
