Milflox drop alternative
I used Milflox eye drops for eye infections for a week. However, my eyes are still red and there is burning sensation. What do I do? Are there alternatives?

You may use vigamox eye drops & genteal eye drops at interval of half an hour between two drops, frequency is more important because affect of eye drops remain only for five minutes in eye because it gets washed away with tears,with regards

There could be many causes for redness and burning sensation like dryness, infection etc
Kindly share photos of your eyes and medical records so that I may guide you better
Having said that you may use refresh tears eyedrop thrice daily
