Mild ulcerative proctitis
I was diagnosed with mild ulcerative proctitis and i was on medication for two years . Now my doctor told me to stop my medication . I consume alcohol hardly thrice a month that too on social gatherings . i would like to know whether the alcohol I consume is safe ? and sometimes i come across pencil thin stools . Is it normal?

It's advisable to stop alcohol and tobacco products. And also spicy and fried foods. Try more on greens and millets and fiber rich food.
