Mild transient hydronephrosis in foetal
Hi, im 27 week pregnant, during my usg mild transient hydronephrosis seen in foetal (left renal pelvis 5.6mm) and ureters not dialted. I also attached my signed report. Is this automatically resolve during pregnancy or require further care...pls suggest..

Mild hydronephrosis in fetal period common.u need not worry about it.it will resolve by birth mostly.have follow up scan after birth.
