Hi ,for past 1 month Im having pain in the chest  , difficulty in breathing and chest tightness. Yesterday I consult a cardiologist. They took echo and said the echo report was normal, chest pain might be due to thyroid and  gave me medicine a named propranolol, feronia-xT. still facing the same problem even after taking medicine. I have attached my echo report . Is there any problem in that?
