  4. Mild to moderate pain in chest. No use.

Mild to moderate pain in chest
Since yesterday, I was having a back ache and stiffness in the neck. I started experiencing pain on the left side of the chest and Sternum, there is also some difficulty in breathing. I took Diclofenac to relieve the pain, but no use.
