Sometimes I get a mild pain only in the left side of the chest. This occurs very less frequently and at no specific time. It usually lasts for 15 minutes and goes away immediately if I do deep breathing for a minute.

Hi. What you have described is most likely a muscular pain. Probably you are straining your chest muscles too much. If you go to gym, or are doing pushups and weight training, then be careful.
