Mild mitral regurgitation
Dear Doctors, I could see mild tricuspid regurgitation with Mild pulmonary hypertension in my echo report. Pulmonary artery pressure 33mmhg. Please advise should I take treatment for this issue.

Cannot be loosely started treatment for the same . Need to examine clinically determine cause , check ecg , saturations and further tests wether treatment required or not
