Mild hepatomegaly
Greetings docs,
My sonography report says that i have mild hepatomegaly.
Is this any kind of serious issue?
My blood reports are normal.
And my LFT REPORT SAYS
Lactate hydro something is 241 ie high.
Rest has normal values.
And if i hit on my chest i feel pain in it and pain doesn't go easily.

Do u take alcohol? If so stop alcohol. Do exercise mainly cardio exercise atleast 2 hrs a day.
