Mild hepatomegaly fatty liver grade 1/2
Hi Sir,
Myself Mallikarjun my recent USG -Abdomen pelvis report says "mild hepatomegaly with fatty liver grade 1/2" However i drink alcohol thrice a week . Please could you suggest me advice and medicine for the same and how dangerous it is for my life.
And how much time it takes to reverse the same

Mild hepatomegaly with fatty liver in usg and h/o alcohol intake
Alcohol might be one of the reason , it’s better to discontinue alcohol intake or decrease the amount of consumption
Need to do few few blood tests LFT,Lipid profile ,FBS,PPBS
