Mild headache, nose bleed
My wife is 26yrs old. She is suffering from mild headache since last two weeks and she noticed very little blood in her nose today. What could be the reasons? Should we get some tests done, if yes, which tests?

Hi, mild nose bleed could be due habitual nose pricking.. Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress. Avoiding these factors are best treatment modality... Consult Physician...
