Hi, i have a mild fluid in pod . What does it means ? and also i have a insignificant residual urine in post void bladder. Does i have serious health issue?

Probably your usg is of day 6 to day 9 of cycle of your period, as endometrial lining is 6 mm and in ovary mentioned few follicles so, with this probability of having infection with this report of free fliud should be rule out ... If you are having pain in abdomen, discharge below plz go and consult gynae doc... Otherwise in midcycle during egg release it can be a normal finding
