Mild fever since last night
I am getting fever from last night temperature is ranging between 99 to 101.need some advice as to what medicine/antibiotic to have.

Start tab.paracetamol thrice a day for fever. If no symptoms other than fever,go for cbc,esr,mp,widely,dengue combo,crp, urine r .test.
Antibiotics can't be taken without diagnosis
