Mild fever from 3 days

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Dear doctor plz help is it a corona symptom? My brother has mild fever 98 -99.6f temperature so started taking paracetamol and azithromycin 500mg from 2 days no other symptoms only temperature sometimes increases and decreases throughout the day eyes burning.. He doesn't want to go to hospital as already we have financial problems going on in a family due to this pandemic left job and we had loss in a business too.. kindly help should he continue the same course for some more days?
