Mild fear/panic feeling, feeling low.

Hi Doctor, I had viral fever, cold, cough , throat infection 7 months back. I took antibiotics for these issues. As i took antibiotics for around 10 to 15 days without taking antacid tablets, I got gastric issue. fainting , dizziness kind of feeling. Was not able to eat properly. Later it got subsidized after taking antacid tablets. Right now im not working, i have some mental tensions in personal life. But i still face some sort of fear/panic feeling at evening times. Also i feel low physically as well as mentally. i have taken nexito plus, for 3 weeks but not able to recover completely. i tried tryptomer also for 15 days. But still im not recovered. For the last 6 months im facing this issue. Not able to come out completely.
