I started gym...while doing bicep curls i could feel some clicking around my right elbow without any pain...i continued gym for 20 days...then i could feel some swelling and very mild pain in my elbow...also my left elbow is sore...i went to an orthopedist...he told me to wear an elbow pad for gyming and continue...also another doctor told me that ligament might have stressed out and i should take rest for 2 weeks..what should i do..i repeat no severe pain..only mild tenderness and warm elbow
