Mild DNS, left ear pain and blocked
Post corona which I got in Jan 2022,past 8 months I m facing left nose block, and breathlessness, and blocked left ear and pain in left back throat, continues mucus Production,left face numbness, when ever mucus produce I feel it travel to my left ear... Is it possible as such mucus traveling and block my left ear? CTPNS shows mild left side DNS, is it because DNS? why I'm facing post corona this issue? Earlier I had 3 to 4 colds per year now it is every day struggle with cold What is permanent solution for my problem plz help me,

If possible share images of the CT PNS films (against a bright white background) 1. Start Nasal spray Flomist (Fluticasone furoate)2puffs twice daily in each nostril with your head leaning forward for 15 days. Then take it once a day for the next 15days 2. Tab Mucinac 600 mg twice a day. (Dissolved in 1 glass lukewarm water) for 7 days Do breathing exercises( pranayama) every morning( Alternate nostril breathing and brahmari) If this doesn’t help please consult.
