Hi,
For last 2 months I have pain in triceps and sometimes tingling and numbness in forearm to hand joint. Whenever I take my neck forward, i feel numbness in my forearm. When I take my head backward I feel nidle kind of pain in triceps.
I have beem consutling in an orthopaedic doctor. As per MRI report, issue is C5-C6 mild disk herniation on right side and mild canal stenosis. I'm having physiotherapy for last 6 days. After therapy over days pain has increased on more area and frequency of numbness and tingling has increased. Please suggest what should I do? Should I stop physiotherapy there and consult somewhere else ?
