Typically continuous localised chest pain is not of cardiac origin . If you have fever or cough - consider lung as the source of pain . If the pain increases on movements or deep breathing it is typically from the chest wall .
Next Steps
Get an ECG and a chest X ray done
Health Tips
If there is fever , productive cough , breathlessness , dizziness , sweating , fatigue , faintness long with chest pain - visit your doctor immediately
