  4. Mild chest pain comes and goes. Advise.

Mild chest pain comes and goes
Hi, My chest hurts every day ,and some times pain in shoulder back side and joints comes and goes, left hand pain and crams in fingers, doctor said ECG,2d echo normal and my troponine I is < 0.01 pg/ml what is reason for this regular pain plz advise.
