Mild back pain
Dr. I have been experiencing very mild pain in back but there is no stone is visible on the complete USG for lower abdomen and pelvis. I'm very much in tension about what is to be the next step here... It was started with pain at the lower abdomen and I took cital as I was having similar pain due to infection in the urinal pipe in past however there was no sensation while urin pass, later the back pain started...Pls help...

USG is not confirmatory for stone disease. If pain is persisting best option is to get CT KUB which will the presence or absence of stone
