Mild Adenomyosis
My TVS ultrasound shows an impredsion of mild focal fundal addnomyosis, with everything else in good shape..I have been trying to concieve for around 6 months, but no luck, anything I can do to increase my conception chances with the above condition ? Will it take time to conciebe naturally ?

Nothing to worry disease is mild , keep regular relationship avoid stress, do few investigations for you and your partner

Only mild adenomyosis may not really be a problem.. get a complete fertility evaluation done including semen analysis for husband and tubal evaluation for u
