Migraine, itching etc

Asked for Female, 23 Years

For a couple of years now i have been experiencing an itching scalp. But when i itch it back, it became swollen and painful and starts to bleed. But now im getting migraine and it starts to spread. I have taken antibiotics but it still comes back no matter tje medication i used.
