Migraine/intense headache
Intense headache lasting 15-20hrs making me dysfunctional, feels nauseated, tried pain killers - rizact 5mg, crocin - do not work, does not get cured by sleeping/resting, goes on its own after a certain amount of time, happens twice a month - without any trigger as such. Everything else is normal - no respiratory, digestive, menstural problem.

Hello, Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on.This is not sufficient you must have to take medicines prescribed by doctor.
