Migraine Headaches
I was suffering from severe migraine with aura and my doctor prescribed Betacap tr 80 and Tryptomer 10mg. I was taking this medicine for the last 6 months and i had only a few or no severe migraine attacks during this time even though I have had visual auras during these time and still have too but not developing into a full migraine. But now I tried stopping Betacap and all of a sudden, my migraine attacks returned. But I could no longer have this medicine as I'm moving to North America soon. So I would like to know how I can withdraw from these tablets without much withdrawal symptoms as well as controlling migraine. I tried finding the trigger factors but couldn't reach a conclusion as there were nothing common. Kindly advise. Please recommend the appropriate sleeping schedule also so that I can follow. Thank you in advance.
