Migraine headache
It all starts when I look at bright light or especially during an exam. Initially the pain starts at temples on both the sides and also behind the eyeballs then it gets concentrated on either side. Mostly the left side. As the pain goes on increasing I start vomiting. The only way to reduce the pain is to sleep.

find when pain trigger ?  like 1- alcohal 2- missed meal 3- caffeine 4 sleep distrupment natural menegment use ice pack on head or eye and leg in hot water supplement of vitamine b2 relexsetion yoga or neck shoulder  message
