Migraine headache
I m not sure weather it is migraine or something else. In a month it occurs twice of thrice. Feel nausea, light irritates, don't feel like eating anything. I hv to take saridon or crocin to cure it. Without medicine it never goes and it always occur at the back of my head and shoulders. Plz help m what to do?

migraine head ache involve only one side of head usually . but some times it may come in otherways. your history looks like migraine .
but other cause may be tension headache .
daily 30 minutes exercise will help .
consult general physician , get examination once. they will give suitable treatment.
